Chicken Noodle Soup

If you’re as addicted to Pinterest as I am, you probably already know what a Chicken Noodle Soup is, right? Everything is in the title, a soup with chicken and egg noodles. I know you’re hungry yet.

It is not really soup season, I get it but hey, it is so good that whatever the weather we’re cooking it. If you’re still not totally convinced, it can be prepared in 30 minutes. Yeah, I know.

Chicken Noodle Soup (serve 2) :

  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1 oignon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 to 2 cups chicken
  • 1 to 2 cups egg noodles

Chop your onion, celery and carrots. Put it all in a pot with olive oil and cook for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, shred your chicken.

Put your chicken broth, salt and pepper in the pot and bring to a boil for 10 minutes. Then, add your pasta and chicken and cook for another 10 to 12 minutes.

 

When the noodles are cooked, turn off the heat and serve !
