Moroccan koftah spread

If you have guests over any time soon, here is an family-friendly, budget-friendly and unique way of feeding everyone! Build a spread with homemade flatbreads, hummus, vegetables and grilled koftah! Then everyone make its own wrap and devour it!

Koftah are basically meatballs in a longer shape, with a lot of spices and a few herbs. It is light, delicate and really tasty. With a few onions, cucumber and a good dollop of hummus, our wraps were a big HIT.

Moroccan koftah spread (serves 3-4) :

  • 400g ground beef
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 handful parsley
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1,5 tsp ground coriander
  • Salt and pepper

Chop really finely the garlic, onion and parsley.

Add it to the ground beef, add spices and season. Mix well.

Shape the koftah.

Brush olive oil on the grill and grill for 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
