Look how perfect these tiny marinated mushrooms are. Look how cute! In a delicious marinade made with garlic and red onion, a few aromatics, you get these juicy flavorful mushrooms. It literally cooks for 4 minutes before going in a bath of marinade.
My zero-waste tip? Keep the marinade once you’ve eaten all the glorious mushrooms and repurpose it into a dressing for your favorite salad! It is slightly sour and delicious.
