A very easy tomato salad with a black olive and parsley dressing for a nice twist. Mozzarella di buffala because it's so good and creamy ! This carpaccio was very refreshing, the perfect summer dinner.

Prosciutto wrapped asparagus

Roasted asparagus are my favorite things, ever. Wrapped in a deliciously thin slice of prosciutto, it's even better. A little trip to the oven and you get a soft asparagus with a cripsy outside layer of prosciutto. It's so good.

Hiyayakko, wakame and ginger silken sofu

Here's a nice side dish (or light main) main idea, coming straight from Japan. Hiyayakko is silken tofu with toppings. Here I chose to put ginger, wakame seaweed and a little sauce to season it all. It only requires 5 ingredients, it's so quick and easy to make.
