Roasted turkey leg

This is so simple it is hard to believe it is so good. You put everything in the dish and you wait ! Meanwhile you drink a glass of wine outside in your garden and the day is cooler by then. We don’t have a garden but this recipe was made when we were at our friends’ house who have a garden. Yeah, miss those days.

The meat turned out to be perfectly cooked, it melted in our mouths. Enough said, try it, you won’t regret it, I promise.

Roasted turkey leg (serves 4 to 6) :

  • 1 turkey leg
  • 1 can beans
  • 5 big potatoes
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • Salt and pepper

Preheat your oven at 180°C.

Peel your garlic cloves and plant it in the meat. Butter your dish a little bit.

Peel (or not, I didn’t) your potatoes and put them in the dish with the can of beans. Put your meat on top. Cook for 25 minutes then turn the meat and cook another 20 minutes.

You’re done ! Eat warm.
