Roadtrip #1 : Poznań, Poland

After driving all day long, we arrived in Poznań at almost 9pm. We were in a Ibis hotel, we ate at the restaurant of the hotel because it was late (it was way more expensive to do so because polish restaurants are pretty cheap).
After a good night of rest, we went visiting the city.
We came across the cutest little market where this bread/cookies/pastries organic shop was selling its products (it is called Bio Belik).
We bought some cookies to try. A seeds bar with honey. Yummy.
And a dark chocolat cookie with oat.
We visited the huge mall.
We found some kofta flavored chips.
Some pretty things in Poznań…
Then we found the Rathaus and we decided to eat right beside it for dinner. It was gorgeous.
We found a cute restaurant not too crowded as you can see. And we ate A LOT for 16€. CRAZY.
A Long Island ice tea for me. Lots of rhum in there.
For starters we ordered some marinated herrings. One with sour cream, onions and apples. The other one with olive oil, onion and pepper. This one was very salty but nonetheless delicious.
Then I ordered a pork knuckle, it was served with potatoes and sauerkraut. It was not light, not healthy but totally delightful.
My husband ordered a big pork chop with bacon, sauerkraut, potatoes and a cottage cheese with herbs and onion. So delicious.
I’ll see you very soon to take you around Berlin!
