I’m always on the hunt for a good lunch idea! It had to be quick, easy, delicious and filling so that I don’t spend the afternoon snacking.
This recipe is perfect for that, you can eat the crab cakes with salad, riz, quinoa or even pasta! It goes well with pretty much everything and the ingredients are staples.
Crab cakes (10 cakes) :
- 2 cans crab meat
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp hot sauce (sriracha)
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- Salt & pepper
- Olive oil
Rinse and drain your crab meat.
Mix all ingredients except olive oil in a bowl. Shape your cakes in circles and fry them in a non-stick pan 5 minutes on each side in a little bit of olive oil.
Eat with whatever floats your boat!
