Prosciutto, honey and fresh goat cheese bagels
Last week I posted a recipe on how to make your own bagels. So here is a quick and delicious idea to stuff your fluffy bagels. It is a refreshing dinner and we all need that on our meal plan during this hot hot summer.
So it goes like this : prosciutto because YUMMY, fresh goat cheese for extra refreshing taste and creaminess and some good honey to sweeten things up! It is so easy and quick to make, we love it. I’ve been quite generous with the goat cheese because we like it… A LOT.
Prosciutto, honey and fresh goat cheese bagels (8 bagels) :
- 8 bagels
- 16 slices of prosciutto
- 2 handfuls arugula
- 8 (or 16 if you spread on both sides) tbsp fresh goat cheese
Slice your bagels in half.
Spread the goat cheese generously on one or both sides. Add two slices of prosciutto. A little bit of arugula on top and drizzle with some honey.
Serve and enjoy because it is delicious!
