Prosciutto, gorgonzola and pear pizza
A quick dinner if you’re using store-bought pizza dough. 10 minutes to make, 10 minutes to bake : amazing. It is so good!
Gorgonzola cheese and pear is already a well-known combo but add prosciutto and you are set for an incredibly delicious dinner. A little mushroom for some good measure and we’re good to go!
Prosciutto, gorgonzola and pear pizza :
- 1 pizza dough
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 5-6 slices of prosciutto
- 2 big handfuls of shredded mozzarella
- 70-100g gorgonzola
- 1 pear
- 1 or 2 big Paris mushrooms
Preheat the oven at 200°C/400°F.
Spread the sour cream on the pizza dough. Spread the mozzarella too.
Slice the mushrooms and pear thinly.
Add the mushrooms on the pizz and the gorgonzola in small pieces.
Slice the prosciutto slices in half and add them on the pizza.
Add the sliced pear.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
