Today I'm sharing with you a failproof shortbread recipe. They keep their shape while baking, they're buttery and delicious and can be used in a ton of different ways. Why am I saying they're failproof ? I'm no pastry chef, as you know but they turned out wonderfully and so cute.

A very deliciously creamy risotto with gorgonzola, peas and cubed ham. So good and easy to make, the hardest part is not eating it all in one sitting ! I love this Spring recipe, simple ingredients but very balanced and strong flavors.

When the craving hits for a fried chicken sandwich... You try and make one ! It was unbelievably good, the chicken was crispy on the outside but melting in my mouth on the inside, the sauce has a little kick from the sriracha and the brioche bun is extra fluffy. A really good burger in my book !
