2 ingredients banana oatmeal cookies (GF, DF, Vegan)

Let’s be honest. I’m far from being a vegetarian/vegan person. I love meat, cheese and everything that contain gluten. (I’m a bad person, uh?) BUT my super good friend wants to stop eating dairy and meat so I decided I’d try baking her some dairy free and vegan cookies. I found this recipe on Pinterest.

Those cookies are weirdos texture-wise. They taste nothing like a good old buttery cookie but they’re good. They’re actually very good.

Plus, you only need two ingredients to make them. Good deal if you have friends over and don’t want to spend tons of time in the kitchen. It makes a perfect snack or dessert.

2 ingredients banana oatmeal cookies (9 cookies) :
- 2 ripe bananas
- 90g oatmeal
- Nuts, chocolate chips..Etc (optional)
Preheat your oven at 180°C/350°F.
Peel your bananas and put them in a bowl, mash them with a fork. Add oats and mix until really well combined.
Then, add whatever you want to the dough : raisins, nuts, chocolate chips… Possibilities are endless there.
Shape your cookie on a baking tray covered with a cooking sheet. (They will not ooze during cooking so you can put them pretty close, doesn’t matter)
Bake for 15 minutes. Wait until it’s completely cool to eat them !
