Pork chops with blue cheese sauce
Because you can not decently spend your winter eating swiss cheese fondue, here is another idea to incorporate cheese to your diet with a healthy-ish recipe. Pork chops with a generous blue cheese sauce, served with some potatoes and greens and dinner is done!

Pork chops with blue cheese sauce (serves 5) :
- 5 pork chops
- 100g blue cheese
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 pinch of pepper
In a hot skillet, cook your pork chops for about 3 minutes on each side. Put on a plate and cover with foil. Set aside.
In a small pan, add all the other ingredients and make sure you crumble the blue cheese really well.
Heat on low, stir occasionally until the cheese has melted and the sauce is an even consistency.
Serve pork chops with a generous dollop of blue cheese sauce.
