Garlic butter salmon
15 minutes to make dinner tonight? Don't run to your well-loved pastas, I got better (or at least something different)! Garlic butter salmon with homemade garlic butter, yes madam, you read that right. It is so easy it'll become a staple in your house, I'm sure.
You can also make big batches of the butter and store in the fridge (or freezer) for later use on other fishes or whites meats! Two potatoes, a cucumber salad and we had a blast!
Garlic butter salmon (serves 2) :
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 garlic clove
- 40g softened butter
- 5-6 cilantro leaves, chopped
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
Preheat the oven at 180°C/350°F.
Mince the garlic.
Add garlic and cilantro to the butter and mix it well.
Season the butter with salt and pepper.
Put your salmon on a baking sheet.
Slather a generous amount of butter on each salmon fillets.
Add lemon juice on top.
Bake for 8 minutes and serve warm!
