Bacon wrapped cheese stuffed chicken breasts

We're clearly not on a diet type of meal here. It's cheesy, greasy and delicious. It's super easy to make! Slice the chicken, stuff it with your prefered cheese and wrap it in bacon. Let it color in a pan, bake and eat!

I added gruyere cheesse here but I'm definitely doing this again with reblochon or cheddar soon.

Bacon wrapped cheese stuffed chicken breasts (serves 2) :

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 6 bacon slices
  • 2 cheese slices

Preheat the oven at 200°C/400°F.

Open the chicken breast by slicing it almost in half. Add the cheese in.

Close the breast, wrap it in 3 bacon slices.

Secure with toothpicks if needed.

Add the wrapped chicken in a pan and let it color on each side.

Bake for 10 minutes.

Serve warm!
