Salmon and dill cream polarbröd

Last week I posted the recipe for polarbröd on the blog and promised I would share an idea to use them so here we go ! Salmon and dill cream polar bread. It takes literally 5 minutes to make and it's such a good starter or light lunch if you serve it with a big salad.
The sky is the limit here ! Have fun with the toppings. It's also really good with butter and jam if you've more of a sweet tooth. I kinda want to try making burgers with them so... Stay tuned for that !
Salmon and dill cream polarbröd (makes 6) :
- 6 polarbröd
- 150g cream cheese
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 tbsp fresh dill
- 150-200g smoked salmon
- A few slices of cucumber
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, lemon juice, chopped dill. Season with salt and pepper.
Transfer the cream cheese mix into a piping bag.
On a piece of polar bread, add a generous layer of dill cream.
Add a few pieces of smoked salmon, cucumber and a bit of dill.
Serve!
