Jeera aloo, sauteed cumin potatoes
I love Indian cuisine, options are endless and the recipe range is so so wide. Here I made jeera aloo which is boiled then pan fried potatoes with spices. Cumin, turmeric, a bit of chili and some fresh cilantro to refresh everything.
You can serve it on its own or with rice and naans. You can also serve it with grilled meat. In any case, it'll be delicious. It's such a flavorful recipe, you can spice it up to your liking.
