Gorgonzola, prosciutto and oyster mushrooms toast

Sometimes we don't really have time to cook for lunch and we don't always want to eat a boring sandwich. This is where I jump in : toasts ! Here's a very very quick toast made with gorgonzola, prosciutto and oyster mushrooms.

Can't always spend 20 minutes stir frying stuff for lunch, this solution is ideal in my opinion ! There's not much to do and you can even pre-cook the mushroom the day before to save you a few minutes.

With creamy gorgonzola, a sourdough thick toast, some nice salty prosciutto and a few golden oyster mushrooms, you're set to have a delightful lunch ready in less than 10 minutes.

Gorgonzola, prosciutto and oyster mushrooms toast (2 toasts) :

  • 2 thick sourdough slices
  • Gorgonzola
  • 2 prosciutto slices
  • 8-10 oyster mushrooms
  • Butter
  • Salt and pepper

Toast the bread (either in a toaster or in a pan with a knob of butter).

Heat a pan with a bit of butter, add the oyster mushrooms in and fry until golden. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

Spread the gorgonzola in a thick layer on the toasted bread.

Add a slice of prosciutto.

Add some oyster mushrooms.

Serve and enjoy !
