Penne and shrimp in spicy tomato sauce

After the coldwave we've had this weekend, I'm more than ready for some spicy tomato sauce. With pasta and shrimps it's so so good. The sauce is simmered with herbs, you poach the shrimps in it and then mix the pasta. It's scrumptious !

Lemony crepe cake

A pretty crepe cake that screams Spring, it has a fluffy mascarpone and lemon whipped cream. It's so good, it can be made for any occasion.

Prosciutto wrapped asparagus

Roasted asparagus are my favorite things, ever. Wrapped in a deliciously thin slice of prosciutto, it's even better. A little trip to the oven and you get a soft asparagus with a cripsy outside layer of prosciutto. It's so good.
