Turkey power bowl with peanut sauce

Bowls full of things to nibble on are always a happy place to me! You put what you want, what you like, add color, crunch... Ideal for weeknight where it is busy and dinner needs to come quick without eating unhealthy.

Mushroom & pork penne in creamy basil sauce

I have mixed feelings about basil. I find it absolutely amazing in certain dishes but very overwhelming is some other. This one is part of the first category, absolutely beautifying the dish.

Stove top pulled beef

We love to it things stuffed in tortilla and wraps so I wanted to try pulled beef. The spices mix makes it so good and the long cooking makes it tender. If you don’t like spicy food, be careful on the chili powder.

Prosciutto, gorgonzola and pear pizza

A quick dinner if you’re using store-bought pizza dough. 10 minutes to make, 10 minutes to bake : amazing. It is so good!
