Summer veggies stew

Temps have dropped a little bit, so I am back to warm meals. I like eating stews through Winter but it is also great to make it in the Summer where this is an abundance of fresh and colorful produces at the market. Zucchinis, eggplants, tomatoes... Everything is perfect for a stew!

Colorful heirloom tomatoes salad

What a joy for my heart to eat such colorful tomatoes! It is as pretty as it is delicious. This salad and little bread, some grilled fish and we’re set for a summer feast. This is such a simple salad I’m just really showing off this shots I’m proud of! A nicely plated tomatoes salad.

A refreshing salad to cope with the summer heat! When evening comes I am not that hungry and I want to eat something fresh and light! So this watermelon and feta salad is the perfect match.

Homemade teriyaki sauce

A good homemade teriyaki sauce recipe to mix with all your favorite meals. We ate it with some salmon but also with beef&onions, so so good. I’ll put the link of the recipe I made with this sauce later here!
