I am a heavy day-snacker, probably due to the fact that I work from home. Instead of eating handfuls of processed food this week I decided to go a little healthier with these protein packed balls that allows me to stay full for 1h or a little more before being really hungry.

The crisp air outside, the leaves turning orange, the last of summer’s produces and the appearance of all sorts of squash at the farmer’s market. It gets me excited for Winter! My house will consistently smell like soup and I will live in knitted sweaters.

Best cookies I’ve ever made and I made a lot… But it never turned out perfect : too sweet, overcooked, not soft enough in the center…etc. This ones are the combination of everything I love in a cookie : crunchy edges, soft center, not too sweet. Addictive.
