A weekend in Nîmes, France

We spent a weekend in Nîmes in July as you probably saw on Instagram. We stayed 4 days in a AirBnb but it was a little bit too much for what’s to visit in here, 3 days would have been perfect.

6 local food you have to try in Nîmes, France

[http://travel-and-food.com/2016/07/6-specialites-nimoises-a-gouter/thumbnailspecialires/] If you’re visiting Nîmes and want to taste local cuisine, here is a non-exhaustive list of things you don’t want to miss there! 1 – La gardiane de taureau [http://travel-and-food.com/2016/07/6-specialites-nimoises-a-gouter/gardianne/] It is bull meat cooked in red wine for a long time, it is very tender, salty and delicious! The meat has a strong flavor but I really like it. 2 – La brandade de moru
