Honey mustard glazed chicken
Honey mustard is one of the best sauce ever in my opinion. So I thought : why not dip roasted crispy chicken in it ? WINNER y’all.
Easy peasy to do. You basically just need to roast the chicken and dip in the glaze. Serve, eat, done! Almost too easy.
I am so behind on all things blog related at the moment, I am so sorry. We moved, I still have no kitchen to work with and I am sick. It is going to get back to its previous rhythm soon, don’t go!
Honey mustard glazed chicken (serves 4) :
- 8 drumsticks (or 16 wings)
- 80g (1/3cup) dijon mustard
- 90g (1/4cup) honey
- Salt and pepper
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Put the chicken, massage it with a little olive oil. Roast for 30 minutes at 180°C (356°F) or until fully cooked and very crispy.
Meanwhile, mix the other ingredients in a bowl.
When the chicken is cooked, dip it in the sauce and put it back on the parchment paper. Repeat for all chicken pieces.
Serve and eat warm!
