Homemade creamy peanut butter
Nothing is simpler than making your own peanut butter. My daughter loves it so I make a big batch every week! Everything you need is some peanuts and a blender or food processor.
This way, you can also control what is in there. In store-bought ones you often find oil, sugar or salt in the ingredient list. None of that in there! Just peanuts.
Homemade creamy peanut butter (for 100g) :
- 100g peanut
Put the peanuts into the food processor. Blend until smooth. If your food processor is getting tired in the process, give it a few breaks.
It takes me about 2 to 4 minutes with my food processor to get to the creamy consistency.
You can keep it for up to a week in the refrigerator.
