Fluffy blender banana pancakes

Because sometimes you don't want to wash 8 bowls, 12 spoons and 3 pans. There, I have something for you : blender pancakes. Put it all in a blender and blend, boom. Modern day miracle! A fluffy and very delicious pancake tower.

I keep repeating myself but it's worth it people : use rotten bananas, please. Not yellow spotty bananas, no. Rotten, all blacks, squishy bananas. It gives the best result ever. I wait for mine to be rotten and freeze it all so that I always have some on hand to make pancakes or banana bread.
Fluffy blender banana pancakes (about 10 pieces) :
- 240ml (1 cup) milk
- 1 egg
- 120g (1 cup) flour
- 2 very ripe bananas
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 30g butter
- 1 pinch of salt
Add all the ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth.
Cook the pancakes in a non-stick pan, with no added fat, for 3 minutes on each side.
Serve with a generous helping of maple syrup!
