Feta and lamb pizza

Okay so this is one of the best pizza I've made in my entire life, not even kidding. Soooo good, full of spices and the chives sauce to dip is crazy addicting. Please do it and see for yourself!

Lamb has a quite strong taste but the spices kinda tone it down, topped with charred feta it's so so good. That's my summer 2020 recipe guys, can't wait to share it with my friends!

Feta and ground lamb pizza :

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 250g ground lamb
  • 6 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 1 onion
  • 100g feta
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 bunch of chives
  • Salt and pepper

Roll out the pizza dough and put it on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

Preheat the oven at 200°C/400°F.

Heat a bit of oil in a pan. Add ground lamb, garlic, cumin, cinnamon and finely chopped onion. Cook until the meat is no longer pink and onion is cooked.

Mix the greek yogurt with lemon juice and chopped chives. Add salt, pepper, mix. Let it sit in the fridge.

Spread the tomato sauce on the pizza dough.

Add lamb mixture.

Crumble the feta on top.

Bake for 12 minutes or until the dough is golden and feta a little charred.

Before serving, add a scoop of sauce on each slice or use the sauce for dipping.
