Pineapple salsa

A very refreshing pineapple salsa, sour just enough and sweet! It is the perfect side for all your summer grilling sessions, spoon it over grilled chicken or even fish, it's sooo good.
You could ass some diced jalapeños to spice it up a little bit! But it's as good without it. It's light and it takes 10 minutes top prep, can't go wrong with it.
Pineapple salsa (serves 4-5) :
- 1 pineapple
- 1/2 red bellpepper
- 1/2 green bellpepper
- 1/2 red onion
- 1/2 cilantro bunch
- 1 lime
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
Peel and cube the pineapple in small cubes.
Cube the peppers and slice the red onion finely.
Chop the cilantro.
Add pineapple, red onion, bellpeppers, cilantro, salt, cumin, oil and lime juice into a big bowl.
Toss it all together and you're done!
