Mushroom and mozzarella galette

With kids being back to school and summer coming to an end, I think we're all back into a very busy routine and we're looking for easy and quick recipes to make. There's plenty to do and the days are only 24 hours long. So here's a quick and easy recipe : a mushroom and mozzarella galette, served with greens and dinner is served.
We can imagine a large number of variations of this recipe : a different cheese, a mushroom mix...Etc. It's so simple. It'll save you on your busiest days.

Mushroom and mozzarella galette (serves 4) :
- 1 puff pastry
- 200 g mushrooms
- 70 g shredded mozzarella
- 1 garlic clove
- Sesame seeds
- 1 egg yolk
- Butter
- Salt and pepper
Preheat the oven at 180°C/350°F.
Slice the mushrooms thickly.
Grate the garlic.
Melt a bit of butter in a pan, sear the mushrooms on high heat for a few minutes. They must be golden brown.
Add garlic and let it cook 2 more minutes. Set aside.
Put the puff pastry on an oven-safe tray.
Add the mozzarella on the pastry dough, leaving 3 cm around the edges.
Add the mushrooms on top, fold the edges towards the middle.
Brush the puff pastry with the egg yolk and add sesame seeds.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Serve and enjoy !
