I'll admit it, I'm a complete cookie snob, not all cookies are made equal and not all of them deserve the cookie title in my humble opinion. So here's a list of my 6 favorite cookie recipes!
One thing that never changes in a good cookie recipe? A lot of butter and a lot of sugar, that's exactly what makes the difference between a mid cookie and a delicious cookie. I'd rather eat only one and fully enjoy it than eating dozens of bland cookies. But let's be honest, I never stop at one.

#1 - Choco-pretzel cookies stuffed with caramel

My favorite cookie recipe, like EVER. Sweet and savory, absolutely delicious. I make a mix of big and small pretzel pieces so it's easier to eat and I do not hold back on the chocolate chips!
#2 - Pecan and dark chocolate cookies

Very classic but never boring : dark chocolate chips + pecan nuts in a deliciously addictive cookie, crisp on the outside, chewy on the inside. 10/10, always a winner.
#3 - Chocolate and hazelnuts cookies

I mean... Would you look at that caramelization?! Unreal. Roasted hazelnuts inside for an heavenly cookie. Make a double batch. Just trust me on this one.
#4 - Cookies au chocolat blanc et aux groseilles

White chocolate isn't usually my favorite in cookies because it's too sweet but with sour redcurrant it's just the perfect mix of sweet and sour. Bonus point because it's incredibly pretty.
#5 - Bourbon & pecan chocolate cookies

They look kinda rustic I know but they're so good, crispy outside, soft inside. Smoked Bourbon notes and super crispy pecan, I loveddd developing this recipe (and eating the cookies, obvi).
#6 - Ginger and cardamom biscuits

Okay they're not exactly cookies but they're spicy and so delicious. Ginger and cardamom biscuits. WOULD YOU LOOK AT THAT CARAMELIZATION? The flavors are on point too. Lots of butter, lots of sugar, nothing new here.
