Rustic plums and thyme galette

I bought a lot of plums (like A LOT) and when I came back home, I tasted it. DISAPPOINTMENT. Too sour to be eaten like that, so very sour. So, as I was not going to throw all of my plums, I came up with the idea that a sweet galette would do it some good.

Chocolate layer cake + two chocolates frosting

I promised more summery recipes so here is one to make the most of the short apricots’ season. I love this recipe, the flavors are really balanced and delicate. A clafoutis that goes well with the sourness of apricots! You cook the apricots in butter and sugar first to make it less sour.
