It's been so unusually hot for June here in France and all I've been craving is an iced tea. I bought tapioca pearls a while back to test some bubble tea recipes so this was a good chance to make it with a fresh verbena herbal tea !

Spring is here, so here I am making a simple refreshing hibiscus drink! An herbal tea that is iced, slightly sweetened and brought to life with lime, a delicious concoction if you ask me.

Winter spiced hot chocolate

What is your favorite comfort drink for winter? I always had a thing for a good hot chocolate! I made a dairy version but make it dairy free by adding almond milk and omit the sour cream. This hot chocolate is creamy and thick, so comforting and not too sweet.
