Breads and dough

Simit, turkish sesame bread

Simit are small round sesame bread from Turkey. Crispy on the outside and very fluffy on the inside. Traditionnally, it's eaten for breakfast or afternoon snack with cheese, cucumber... Kinda like a bagel!

English muffins

Breakfast is often something quick around here, rushing before school, work or planned appointments... But we are on school break so we are allowing ourselves some extra fancy thing!

Homemade naans

Naans are indian flatbreads that are absolutely perfect to mop the sauce of your favorite indian dishes!

Greek inspired flatbreads

We made these flatbreads to use as wraps for a kofta + hummus night. It is kinda similar to pita bread except there is no air pockets inside so it is the perfect flatbread to use as wraps!
