Breads and dough

Cinnamon sugar donuts

I've made vanilla custard doughnuts before but I've never made plain donuts, unbelievable! First try was an epic fail but second try was a big hit. These beauties get rolled into cinnamon sugar and are so so addictive. It's quite easy to make.

Homemade pretzels

I don't even know how I didn't post this recipe on the blog before, it's a favorite in our home! It's quite easy to make, a bit time consuming as for all dough recipes but also very very addictive. Look at that melted cheese on top! I also made a few with sesame seeds and poppy seeds.

Pesto babka

What a beauty! This babka is as pretty to look at as it's delicious. It's fluffy and filled with pesto (!!), so so good. The perfect thing to dip in a butternut soup, it's just incredibly addictive.

Garlic knots

Let me tell you all about these marvelous little things right here... Garlic knots. Basically garlic bread but fancier because shaped into knots. Perfect side for soups or saucy dishes. Buttery, soft and pillowy inside, addictive.
