Homemade creamy peanut butter

Nothing is simpler than making your own peanut butter. My daughter loves it so I make a big batch every week! Everything you need is some peanuts and a blender or food processor.

Easy creamy penne gratin with cottage cheese

This is where this gratin enters the show. Family friendly because kids usually LOVE pastas. Easy to make, not dry at all because I put all the cheese and cream in there. If you have a little bit of cottage cheese leftover and you don’t know what to do with it, this is the recipe you’re looking for!

Lentils salad with walnut dressing

Lentils salads… I never think of doing that at home! Until I ate a really good one a few weeks ago and I was questioning why I almost never make it for my family. I made a simple one but it is so good.

Colorful zucchini quiche

After a well deserved break here on the blog, I am back with a delicious zucchini quiche. A close friend gave those zucchinis to me, I’d never seen orange ones before, have you??

Oven baked fries and avocado mayo

For lunch, I love doing oven baked fries if I have a little extra time. I also like to change the ever-boring (for me) and greasy mayonnaise my daughter loves so much. I decided I’d do a sauce that is the same texture as mayo but with avocado for healthy fats!
