Tomatoes à la provençale

Cooked tomatoes are my favorite food ever. Roasted, stuffed, à la provençale, in sauce… I love all dishes that include cooked tomatoes. If you are not familiar with this dish, it is a southern french way of cooking tomatoes that is so good!

Asian inspired cucumber salad with sesame seeds

It is really hot in the city in the summer. So to change from my amazing cucumber in sour cream that I love, I made this asian inspired salad with a lot of good things and even a little chili to spice things up !

Creamy and herby potato salad

Still going strong with summery recipes. Consider it a side dish or a main, this salad will either way be a winner. It is creamy but not too heavy because there is not a lot of mayo in there.

Artichoke hearts + basil vinaigrette pasta salad

Pasta and rice salads are the worst thing that ever happened to the BBQ/picnic history. Tomatoes are always wilted, sauce is 99,9% of the time mayonnaise… I hate it. Plain and simple.

Greek inspired quinoa salad

A fresh summer salad, that is everything I need at the moment and it is very simple too because if we can, why not? Cooking the quinoa is the longest task, so you can say it’s pretty quick to make.
