Tuna and avocado salad, balsamic dressing

A filling, satisfying tuna salad with a lot of texture for a happy lunch ! I added avocado for healthy fat, cucumbers, kalamata olives and onion for a little zing. It's such a good salad. Serve with a big slice pf your favorite crispy sourdough bread.

Simplicity packed into a flavorful spread ! A black olive spread, also called tapenade here in France, it's so easy to make and really quick. A few ingredients, good olive oil and you get that South of France flavors in the cosiness of your home.

A very easy tomato salad with a black olive and parsley dressing for a nice twist. Mozzarella di buffala because it's so good and creamy ! This carpaccio was very refreshing, the perfect summer dinner.

Mini pistachio cheese balls

Summer gatherings with friends are the best and of course, you're gonna make some appetizers. Vico asked me to twist an existing appetizer recipe with their new Natur' & Bon brand. I chose pistachios and turned them into bite-sized goat cheese balls, perfect for an appetizer.
