A fresh summer salad, that is everything I need at the moment and it is very simple too because if we can, why not? Cooking the quinoa is the longest task, so you can say it’s pretty quick to make.

Chorizo and bell pepper cannelés

Do you know what cannelés are? It’s a french pastry, usually sweet with a slight taste of rhum. I made a savory version and because it is picnic season already, this is a recipe easy to grab and go enjoy on the grass or on the beach. What do you normally bring for a picnic ?

Baked falafels (vegan)

Falafels are such an easy thing to do, however I never gave it a go before. I was wrong! First because as I just said it is really quick and easy et second because it is so tasty and way cheaper than the restaurants’ one!
