Yearly ritual ! We go through the top 10 most viewed recipes of the blog last year.

There's a little bit of everything this year but as usual, mostly savory. Which suits me well, I love cooking savory food.

The #1 is the one with the most views last year, it was also in the top 10 in 2020 so thank you so much for loving it ! I'm taking this opportunity to tell you that in 2022 my cookbook which is all about soups will be released in English ! Couldn't be more excited.

I don’t know you but I am not ready to let go to Winter just yet! Spring is around the corner with the warmer temps we’ve had here in France but I hold on to my dear soups for a couple more weeks.

The summer galette by excellence for sure. Beautiful zucchini, tasty tomatoes and feta cheese = happiness. With a little mustard and basil, so easy, quick and really good you guys.

Not the most photogenic recipe to shoot for sure, but this confit pork knuckle will rock your world with its melt-in-the-mouth meat, I had to put it up on the blog! It takes a LOT of time to make but it is so worth it.

Baked egg custard is a dessert I absolutely love! Super easy to make and a sweet childhood memory of mine. I add a dash of vanilla because it is so good like that… If you like really sweet egg custard, feel free to put more sugar in there.

This recipe is not really about the toppings but the pizza crust! But I figured I might as well put toppings on because it’s delicious. So goat cheese and bacon pizza for two reasons : delicious and easy.

Sweet elements in savory dishes is a big debate here, I know I know. But we love it here! So I made a very delicious almonds and plums beef tajine. It takes a bit of time to cook but we are still pretty much locked down here so that’s fine.
