Hiyayakko, wakame and ginger silken sofu

Here's a nice side dish (or light main) main idea, coming straight from Japan. Hiyayakko is silken tofu with toppings. Here I chose to put ginger, wakame seaweed and a little sauce to season it all. It only requires 5 ingredients, it's so quick and easy to make.
