Homemade pork gyoza

That was quite the project to try and make homemade gyoza! They were delicious with this pork ginger shiitake filling, the only problem I had was... The shaping part! Let's focus on the fact that they were so good though! Next time I'm trying to make a vegetarian version, I'm so excited!

Karaage chicken, Japanese fried chicken

Where do I even start with this? Karaage chicken, as indicated in the titlte, is marinated then fried chicken commonly found in Japan. It's marinated in soy sauce, rice vinegar (sometimes replaced with sake), garlic and ginger. It tenderizes the meat and gives it a flavor that can't be beat.

Ground beef cannelloni

I just made a bolognese sauce, filled the cannelloni with it, sprinkled with grated cheese and 20 minutes later you have a delicious dinner ready. Serve it with a salad and it's just perfect. Hits the spot everytime.

Blanquette de veau, French creamy veal stew

A French classic : a creamy veal stew! I had never attempted to make one before. I use the ancestral recipe of putting egg yolk in the sauce to make it extra rich and creamy and let me tell you : it's good! The veal is really tender and the veggies are delicious.

Bagel burgers

I made burgers using bagels buns. I used pretty standard toppings : a garlic seasoned patty (SO GOOD), cheddar cheese, tomato, lettuce, caramelized shallots and crispy bacon.
