Fusilli alle Vongole

This is a recipe we tried a while ago but we’re loving it ever since. Seafood is the kind of thing I could eat all day long. I really love that and my husband too, we make a good pair I tell you. Use the words shrimps or mussels and we’re 100% onto it.

Ginger & garlic shrimps

Theses shrimps are delicious as a starter or in aperitif. It’s a recipe I highly recommend and I will do it as soon as I’ll be inviting some friends at our new house. It’s easy and in 30 minutes, you can serve it.

For dinner, a quiche is really convenient. You serve it with a salad and bam, dinner is ready in a few minutes (without baking time obviously). There was leftovers so we ate it again on lunch the next day, wonderful.

Homemade ratatouille

I’ve seen thing in really big this time… As you will see, this recipe serves 6 people while we are only two. So yes, we ate it during 3 days but it was sooo good that I didn’t really care.
