Cucumber raita, Indian cooling yogurt sauce

Raita is an indian yogurt sauce, often served as a side with spicy dish to cool the palate. It's basically yogurt with a lot of herbs and spices, it's so refreshing. I made it with cucumber today but if it's out of seaso, you can also make a carrot raita.

Fall wheat salad with cranberries, cashews and kale

I know most of you don't want to be eating only soups in fall and this salad is perfect to switch things up. All sorts of good stuff in there but basically : wheat, kale, cranberries, cashews and a healthy amount of goat cheese to brighten it all.

Baked camembert with hazelnuts and honey

What screams more "Fall" than a baked camembert ? Not much else, in my opinion. And if you add crispy toasty hazelnuts and honey... It just gets better and better. I love cheese so much, it's crazy.

Pasta al limone, lemon pasta from Italy

I love everything kinda sour/lemony so I knew I'd love it. And i did ! Spaghetti coated in a creamy lemony sauce, to be eaten with a mountain of grated parmesan on top obviously.
