Mini tuna and potatoes quiches

Individual portion of quiches for starter or as a light dinner. You can make a big batch and keep it refrigerated in an air tight container so it won’t dry out. These ones are made with tuna, potatoes and thyme. A very yummy combo.

Fall quiche with fresh figs and goat cheese

I feel like I have had an obsession with quiches lately. I made one with spinach and goat cheese, one with zucchinis and now this one with figs and goat cheese! But I mean… So easy to make, so delicious and so fun to work with.

Lentils salad with walnut dressing

Lentils salads… I never think of doing that at home! Until I ate a really good one a few weeks ago and I was questioning why I almost never make it for my family. I made a simple one but it is so good.

Colorful zucchini quiche

After a well deserved break here on the blog, I am back with a delicious zucchini quiche. A close friend gave those zucchinis to me, I’d never seen orange ones before, have you??

Traditional hummus

I already have a tahini free hummus recipe on the blog, but this one is way more traditional. You get a deliciously creamy and slightly tangy hummus that is perfect to slather on those flatbreads to make wraps!
