I spent almost 8 years in Charentes (the french region where we grow charentais melon) and I got used pretty quickly to eating 1 melon a day for the entire summer! I like it on its own but also with mozzarella and prosciutto.

Asian inspired cucumber salad with sesame seeds

Creamy and herby potato salad

Still going strong with summery recipes. Consider it a side dish or a main, this salad will either way be a winner. It is creamy but not too heavy because there is not a lot of mayo in there.

Chicken and coriander samossas

Coriander (or cilantro) is my favorite fresh herbs ever, I’d put it everywhere if it was just me. And because I am the main cook at home, I put it everywhere in fact! Including in these delicious samossas with chicken and a whole lot of coriander.

Spring rolls with peanut butter dipping sauce

Spring rolls are so refreshing but it kinda takes some time but once you master the folding part, it all goes pretty quick.
