Whipped feta and tomatoes tart

Let me introduce to your next favorite summer colorful tart. Instead of just spreading wholegrain mustard, as it's usually done, I whipped fetta and added a few other ingredients to make a fluffy spread. It really adds texture and richness to this light dinner.

Pineapple salsa

A very refreshing pineapple salsa, sour just enough and sweet! It is the perfect side for all your summer grilling sessions, spoon it over grilled chicken or even fish, it's sooo good.

Radish tops soups

Don't know what to do with your radish greens? Just keep it and make soup with it, zero waste style! Few ingredients, ready in 15-20 minutes, happiness in a bowl I'd say.

Mushroom & spinach orecchiette

When we got back from Italy, I brought pasta in my suitcase and the desire to eat a ton of it. I'm honoring my orecchiette pasta freshly landed off from Naples by cooking it with mushrooms, spinach and tons of parmesan.

Goat cheese, preserved lemon & mint dip

I love dips of all sorts! And because I still had some preserved lemons in my fridge, I thought it might taste good with goat cheese and mint in a dip. It was BRILLIANT.
