Winter pizza A very colorful and pretty winter pizza, it's loaded with good stuff : goat cheese, mushrooms, bacon, spinach... And more ! I chose a creamy base to avoid buying tomatoes in Fall/Winter.
Grilled skirt steak with chimichurri sauce Simplicity is key these days because my weeks are very busy but I still want to eat good comforting food. Here I simply grilled a skirt steak, medium rare, topped with a nice chimichurri sauce (lots of herbs, oil and chili).
Beef, feta, almond and spinach stuffed red kuri squash One can never have too many squash recipes in my opinion. So here's a nice way to serve red kuri squash, stuffed with ground beef, spinach, feta and almonds. Everything tied together with thick sour cream.
Fall mushroom lasagna I used 4 different types of mushrooms to make this lasagna (trumpets of death, chanterelles, hedgehog and porcini). The porcini cream is a replacement for the more traditional bechamel sauce.
Vanilla duck stew, canard à la vanille A very flavorful dish coming straight from Reunion Island : canard à la vanille. It's a stew with a vanilla bean to flavor it all, duck meat falling apart because it's so tender... Don't knock it 'til you try it !
