Spicy beef salad Inspired by the very famous asian raw beef salad, I made this one that was very good. The spicy dressing really is top knotch. I'd recommend putting only one chili if you're not used to spicy food!
Roasted asparagus with feta, lemon and pistachio Asparagus are back and what a delight! A very Springy version with feta cheese, lemon and pistachios. The asparagus are soft, the feta and lemon bring the right amount of tanginess and pistachios add a nice crunch. Pretty good if you ask me!
Loaded nachos with homemade cheddar sauce The quintessence of appetizers : nachos! Even better when topped with a bazillion toppings. Go crazy with the toppings! I used ready made enchilada sauce to make it quick and easy but feel free to make it yourself.
