2023 is coming to an end and it's time for me to look back on this year and share the 10 recipes you've loved the most this year.

It's also a good time for me to say thank you to all of you. Thank you for your support and your messages on social media. 2024 is shaping up to be a year a big change for me, there most likely won't be as many recipes posted. But I'm happy to look back at the hard work I've done for the past 8 years and see it's still helpful for some of you !

A Classic on the blog : cheesy butternut squash gratin. It's so good and such a good twist on your usual potato gratin.

#3 - Almonds and plums beef tajine

A trip to northern Africa in a single bite, this recipe has been shared A LOT over on Pinterest. This tajine is delicious and quite easy to make.

#4 - Spring rolls with peanut butter dipping sauce

A recipe that is a little more technical, spring rolls with an incredibly addictive peanut dipping sauce.

#5 - Lentils and spinach coconut milk soup

A vegetarian dish that is so very comforting. A delicious lentils and spinach soup with creamy coconut milk. A pure delight !

#6 - 4 ingredients strawberries and sweet mascarpone cream

Summer in a glass with these delicious strawberries and a mascarpone cream, lightly sweetened. Perfect for next year's summer picnics !

Kinda surprised to see this one on the top 10 but I'm very happy because I love it. Soy marinated beef, so good.

A delicious pasta recipe with ricotta and spinach ! It's just so good. A real success on the blog too, it's always on the top 10.

#9 - Chickpea and spinach curry

So glad to see all these vegetarian dishes in the top 10. This one is a crowd pleaser, you don't even think about the fact that it's vegetarian. It's that good !

#10 - Oven confit pork knuckle

A delicious pork knuckle recipe with tender potatoes to finish this top 10.
