Shrimp fajitas

Shrimps fajitas are a nice twist to more traditional chicken fajitas (which recipe you can find here), with lots of spices. Colorful and ridiculously fun to eat, what's not to love?

Very crispy baked chicken wings

A very simple recipe today for people who, like me, hate frying things at home. I am scared of oil frying and do it as less as I can. You still get nice crispy chicken wings by using baking powder (not baking soda, let's be clear).

Homemade cheesy cordon bleu

Cordon bleu are pretty much a french classic, it's a chicken breast stuffed with ham and cheese that is breaded and fried or baked to seal all the goodness inside.

Cilantro and lime baked chicken thighs

One of the many upsides of the chicken is that there are so many ways to enjoy it! Here I baked it with lots of lime zest and juice, lots of cilantro and it was a big winner.

Preserved lemon and olives lamb tajine

Mmmh, the smell of spices will fill up your kitchen with this recipe. A lamb tajine with very tender meat, preserved lemon and olives. A delight for your tastebuds and an almost free trip to Maghreb in a bite!
