Spiced lentil soup

Here is my version of the spiced lentil soup with tomatoes, carrots and a lot of spices. I really outdid myself with the toppings here : coconut yogurt, jalapeño and a lot (way more than pictured) of cilantro.

Creamy butternut squash mash

Simplicity at its best. Roasted butternut squash with just a little bit of oil, salt and pepper. It gives you this intensely delicious and super creamy (without cream being added!) mash, so pleasing. Perfect to serve with red meat and potatoes.

Burrata, bacon and peas spaghetti

Here is yet another easy and quick dinner idea, 20 minutes start to finish, perfect for a weeknight treat. Al dente pasta with crispy bacon bits, peas and a truffled burrata for an extra fancy feel. It's perfect!

Preserved lemons marinated chicken

I have a ton of chicken recipes up on the blog, I know, but chicken is so easy to work with and versatile. Marinated for 12hrs to get all these good flavors infused into the meat and you get the most tender and delicious preserved lemons marinated chicken.

Wiener Schnitzel

Let's start with the important question here : what is a Wiener Schnitzel? Nothing simpler, it's a thin cut of meat, breaded and fried until golden and crispy. Usually served with steamed potatoes and lemon. People are traditionnally using veal but I used turkey because why not?
