Colorful zucchini quiche

After a well deserved break here on the blog, I am back with a delicious zucchini quiche. A close friend gave those zucchinis to me, I’d never seen orange ones before, have you??

Traditional hummus

I already have a tahini free hummus recipe on the blog, but this one is way more traditional. You get a deliciously creamy and slightly tangy hummus that is perfect to slather on those flatbreads to make wraps!

Summer skewers : mozzarella, prosciutto and melon

I spent almost 8 years in Charentes (the french region where we grow charentais melon) and I got used pretty quickly to eating 1 melon a day for the entire summer! I like it on its own but also with mozzarella and prosciutto.

Asian inspired cucumber salad with sesame seeds

It is really hot in the city in the summer. So to change from my amazing cucumber in sour cream that I love, I made this asian inspired salad with a lot of good things and even a little chili to spice things up !

Creamy and herby potato salad

Still going strong with summery recipes. Consider it a side dish or a main, this salad will either way be a winner. It is creamy but not too heavy because there is not a lot of mayo in there.
